The Global Luxury & Lifestyle Sales Director manages a portfolio of luxury agencies and consortia relationships. This senior sales role develops strategic account plans, coordinates transient and group travel requests, and builds networks with decision makers. It connects agency partners with IHG hotel sales teams to deliver bookings for mutual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts to maximize revenue and market share
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Coordinate luxury travel requests for hotel partners
- Collaborate on events, familiarization tours, and site inspections
- Maintain accurate sales records and account profiles
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Canadian luxury consortia and agency partners
- Six to eight years of progressive service industry experience
- At least four years in hotel corporate or multi-unit roles
- Strong client management, negotiation, and organization skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
Represent IHG brands across Eastern Canada through luxury sales, account planning, relationship development, and revenue growth.
