Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security service providers while developing and mentoring the internal security team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective threat monitoring, vulnerability management, operational maturity, and continuous improvement across the cybersecurity program.
- Lead cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Manage and develop cybersecurity analysts, ensuring strong team performance, coverage, cross-training, and operational excellence.
- Own incident response processes, playbooks, escalations, tabletop exercises, and the successful resolution of security incidents.
- Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external security providers to improve security controls, manage risk, and support compliance and audit activities.
