As a Senior AppOps Specialist, you will support large-scale Java and JEE applications across complex production environments. You will work with Product, Development, DevSecOps, Security, and incident-management teams. The work includes application monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and reliability improvement for digital payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end ownership and 24/7 production support
- Respond to alerts and lead technical investigation calls
- Diagnose application, infrastructure, database, and network issues
- Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Improve observability, automation, and service-management workflows
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in Java development and application support
- Three years supporting Java or JEE applications
- Expertise in Core Java, REST, Spring, and Apache
- Experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ELK
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support
