This Governance & Assurance Delivery Lead role supports enterprise delivery across Interac’s highly regulated financial technology environment. You will define decision authorities, approval requirements, escalation paths, and practical governance expectations. You will collaborate with portfolio, business, technology, control, and delivery leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Define governance expectations, decision authorities, approvals, and escalation paths Drive consistency across delivery practices and portfolio initiative oversight Identify, elevate, and track governance gaps, risks, and non-compliance Partner with control functions to manage delivery obligations and risks Challenge delivery approaches and escalate unresolved material risks Requirements:
10+ years in portfolio governance, operating models, assurance, or delivery excellence Experience operating standards and controls across large delivery portfolios Strong analytical, facilitation, and decision-making skills Experience leading governance forums and executive reporting Financial services, payments, technology, or regulated-environment experience preferred Bring portfolio governance, executive influence, assurance judgment, and delivery-risk expertise to Interac’s enterprise oversight function.
