Lead enterprise governance and assurance at Interac, strengthening delivery standards, controls, and objective oversight across Canada’s digital payments ecosystem. Reporting to the Leader, Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence, this lead partners with Product, Technology, Delivery, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Security, Finance, Audit, Legal, and Architecture stakeholders. You will reinforce governance standards across complex enterprise portfolios. The work requires sound judgement, executive presence, analytical discipline, and constructive challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, stage gates, policies, and controls
- Define decision authorities, approval requirements, escalation paths, and governance expectations
- Conduct governance reviews, health checks, and delivery assurance assessments
- Lead governance forums, gate reviews, approvals, and oversight activities
- Develop dashboards, compliance reporting, and executive delivery insights
Requirements:
- 10+ years in enterprise delivery governance or related disciplines
- Experience designing governance frameworks across complex delivery portfolios
- Strong understanding of lifecycles, portfolio oversight, risk, controls, and assurance
- Ability to influence senior leaders and constructively challenge decisions
- Eligibility to work full-time for Interac Corp. in Canada
