A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees, mainly for our IT positions.
- Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy.
- Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential.
- Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience.
- Cooperate with members of the HR team through our processes.
- Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects and processes.
Qualifications
- You are results-oriented with strong adaptability.
- A keen sense of intrapreneurship.
- A great capacity to influence as an expert advisor in talent acquisition.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition including senior positions and managing internal executive level clients.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Ability to manage your time, your autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected.
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude!
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
