As Operations Supervisor, you oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management, and warehouse safety. You assign tasks, monitor productivity, prepare reports, and support drivers and warehouse staff. The position serves last-mile logistics operations through reliable service, organized workflows, and customer-focused issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce Health & Safety protocols and safe working methods
- Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Generate next-day route plans and optimization emails
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce SOP compliance
- Coach drivers and warehouse staff, including new hires
Requirements:
- Ability to conduct safety audits and warehouse checks
- Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements
- Ability to support sorting, scanning, and package processing
- Ability to maintain delivery, incident, and inventory logs
- Ability to address complaints, damages, and lost packages
