Ce poste stratégique couvre la gestion de projets commerciaux, industriels ou logistiques au Canada. Vous conseillerez les équipes, soutiendrez les sites et les baux, puis piloterez les travaux de A à Z. Vous collaborerez avec les opérations, l’approvisionnement, les TI, la sécurité et l’automatisation.
Responsabilités clés:
- Piloter des projets d’aménagement, d’agrandissement et de construction
- Gérer les budgets, échéanciers, ressources et risques
- Superviser plans, devis et conceptions des consultants
- Encadrer entrepreneurs généraux et sous-traitants
- Coordonner inspections, mise en service et clôture
Exigences:
- 5 à 10 ans en gestion de construction commerciale, industrielle ou logistique
- Formation postsecondaire pertinente en construction, génie ou architecture
- Connaissance des codes du bâtiment et approbations
- Solides aptitudes en gestion de projets et parties prenantes
- Disponibilité à voyager nationalement jusqu’à environ 30 %
