Integrity is actively recruiting Apprentices to join our expanding team. As an Apprentice, you will receive specialized on-the-job training in either our moldmaking or machining departments.
As a Moldmaker Apprentice, you will work in our apprentice area to learn the basics of moldmaking, such as:
- Cleaning molds
- Tap holes
- Plugging waterlines
- Fitting components
- General Labour as required
As a Machine Apprentice, you will work alongside a Programmer/Machinist to become familiar with the machine and controls, while performing job set-ups and general labour. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the machine for production by positioning and securing jobs
- Regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls
- Maintaining specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, adjusting controls and replacing tooling
- General Labour as required
