Deliver structured cabling, security, and low-voltage scopes. This Senior Project Manager position reports to the Director of Operations for a technology solutions provider. You will manage end-to-end delivery, partnering with Project Managers, Operations Coordinators, contractors, consultants, owners, and field teams. The work covers commercial, institutional, or industrial projects requiring strong coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through installation, commissioning, closeout, and warranty
- Administer construction contracts, subcontracts, notices, and payment terms
- Price and negotiate changes, delays, extra work, and claims
- Coordinate schedules, trades, submittals, RFIs, and project records
- Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, quality, safety, and client relationships
Requirements:
- Five to ten years of relevant project management experience
- Experience delivering individual projects valued at one million dollars or more
- Knowledge of CCDC/CCA forms and construction contract requirements
- Experience coordinating trades and formal project administration processes
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to maintain security clearances
