Mastering the Architecture. Ensuring Network Integrity. Our Network Field Technicians are the high-level specialists responsible for the health and expansion of the MSO infrastructure. From the precision of fiber optic splicing to the complexity of MDU/commercial rebuilds and network sweeps, this team ensures that signal quality remains flawless across the entire footprint. This is a role for technical problem-solvers who thrive on variety and surgical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Fiber Optics: Performing high-precision fusion splicing and fiber distribution work to expand and maintain the core network.
- Commercial & MDU Infrastructure: Designing and executing prewires and rewires for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and commercial clients, ensuring seamless integration in complex environments.
- Equipment Craft & Precision: Coring distribution lines and assembling line equipment with a master-level focus on specifications. From panel installations to full network rebuilds, we take pride in the “craft” of our work—ensuring every component is seated, secured, and organized to the highest industry standards of neatness and performance.
- Specialized Technical Installs: Managing high-level commercial installations that require custom solutions beyond standard residential parameters.
- Network Optimization & Sweeps: Utilizing advanced testing equipment to perform network sweeps, identifying and hardening the system against signal leakage and interference.
