Work hybrid four days weekly in Richmond Hill. This senior design role develops collections across performance, lifestyle, and premium categories. You will guide concepts from market research through fabric selection, sampling, costing, fit, and final execution. Collaboration spans Product, Sourcing, Merchandising, Fit, and Creative teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal apparel collections across multiple product categories Research fashion, athletic, lifestyle, and consumer trends Create sketches, technical drawings, color concepts, and presentations Select fabrics, trims, colors, and construction techniques Review samples and provide clear design direction Requirements:
Post-secondary education in fashion or apparel design Seven to ten years of apparel design experience Strong garment construction, fit, fabrication, and manufacturing knowledge Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency required Pattern-making, draping, and hands-on garment development experience Bring senior apparel design expertise, performance product knowledge, and commercial creativity to seasonal collections developed in Richmond Hill.
