Gateway Group is rebuilding its residential renovation division with this Project Sales Consultant role. You will create a pipeline, conduct site discovery, translate client priorities into project scope, and close signed contracts. The role combines field consultations with regular office meetings and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate consultations through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct on-site measurements, specifications, photos, and discovery
- Present proposals, handle objections, and close signed contracts
- Maintain pipeline records in GHL and attend weekly reviews
Requirements:
- Three-plus years residential construction or renovation sales experience
- Hands-on construction experience with client-facing responsibilities
- Ability to build a pipeline from scratch
- Comfort translating client vision into project scope
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
