Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate personal lines insurance risks
- Make informed underwriting decisions on new business and renewals
- Review claims history and driver records thoroughly
- Communicate clearly with brokers through written and verbal channels
- Collaborate with brokers and internal partners effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Previous underwriting experience is an asset
- Exposure to a phone queue environment is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
