You will partner with hiring managers, candidates, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues. The work emphasizes recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, advisory support, and consistent candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through pre-employment activities
- Partner with hiring managers on needs, requirements, and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
- Conduct screens, structured interviews, and candidate recommendations
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system information and recruitment priorities
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience sourcing active and passive candidates
- Workday experience is a strong asset
- English and French bilingualism required; eligibility to work in Canada
