The position reports to the Director, International Tax, and supports an expanding global footprint. Your work spans FAPI, repatriation, withholding taxes, compliance, and international business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on Canadian international tax matters and cross-border considerations Lead tax research on complex transactions and legislative developments Develop international tax strategies and projects Prepare and review Pillar Two, T1134, and CbCR filings Support tax provisions, authorities, transactions, and acquisitions Requirements:
CPA designation preferred with CPA In-Depth Tax progress Minimum three years of corporate tax experience Strong Canadian international tax experience, including FAPI Experience with multinational organizations or public accounting firms Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Apply international tax, FAPI, and cross-border transaction expertise to help Intact deliver practical solutions across global operations.
