Shape executive communications through exceptional writing and strategic judgment at Intact, with a hybrid work model in Toronto or Montreal. Work closely with CEOs and senior leaders. As a Communications Specialist, you will report to the Director, Executive Communications. You will write for internal and external audiences, understand Intact’s strategy, and support executive storytelling. The work spans speeches, employee messages, briefing notes, videos, and communications plans. Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-impact written communications for CEOs and senior executives Develop speeches, messages, briefing notes, and other content Create concepts and scripts for executive videos Develop communications plans elevating executive profiles Measure project success using KPIs and other metrics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, communications, or equivalent experience Minimum eight years’ communications or journalism experience Exceptional writing skills across employee and investor audiences Confidence, composure, judgment, and sensitivity with senior executives Authorization to work in Canada; Quebec candidates require bilingualism Bring executive writing, strategic understanding, and sound judgment to Intact’s Corporate Communications team in Toronto or Montreal.
