Analysez les réclamations en responsabilité civile chez Intact, en mode hybride, grâce à votre expertise en enquête et négociation. Comme expert.e en sinistre interne, vous accompagnez les clients principalement dans des dossiers de dommages matériels de 100 000 $ et moins. Vous analysez les garanties, recueillez les versions des faits, évaluez la responsabilité et négociez les règlements. Le bilinguisme français-anglais est requis pour traiter régulièrement des dossiers anglophones.
Responsabilités clés :
- Guider le client à travers les étapes de sa réclamation
- Analyser les garanties et expliquer les protections applicables
- Recueillir les faits auprès des parties et intervenants
- Évaluer la responsabilité et les dommages réclamés
- Négocier les réclamations avec les tiers, lorsque pertinent
Exigences :
- Certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A
- Diplôme collégial ou formation équivalente pertinente
- Six mois à un an d’expérience en expertise, atout
- Bilinguisme français-anglais pour servir une clientèle anglophone
- Capacité d’analyse, d’organisation et de négociation
