As an Underwriter II, Commercial Lines Fleet, you will evaluate commercial auto risks and support profitable growth. The work combines risk analysis, quoting, negotiation, customer-focused broker education, and business development. You will handle moderate to complex new business, renewals, and endorsements within authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess moderate to complex commercial auto risks
- Quote, negotiate, sell, and authorize business
- Build meaningful broker relationships through service and events
- Recommend solutions for quotes, renewals, and policy changes
- Improve workflows, efficiency, and underwriting practices
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Auto experience
- Ability to handle complex risks
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Superior organization and multiple-priority management
- Eligibility to work in Canada
