Lead actuarial claims analytics at Intact through a hybrid work model, applying technical actuarial skills to improve operational performance. Support strategic decisions across Auto Physical Damage claims. As Team Lead for the Claims Data Analytics Team, you will guide actuarial work supporting customer experience, operational excellence, and financial performance. The Auto Physical Damage stream examines inflationary pressures in auto short tail coverage and supports large-scale claims initiatives. Your leadership will combine analysis, coaching, technical advice, and stakeholder partnership. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze actuarial reports and recommend claims performance improvements Manage performance reviews, development, and coaching Organize team resources according to strategies and budgets Provide technical advice on actuarial studies Advise claims personnel on data-driven decisions Requirements:
University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science FCAS or FCIA designation considered an asset Minimum five years of experience, including coaching experience Strong technical skills and actuarial techniques knowledge Bilingualism and eligibility to work in Canada required Bring actuarial expertise, coaching, and strategic decision-making to Intact’s Auto Physical Damage claims analytics team.
