Lead cybersecurity platforms, resilience, and artificial intelligence initiatives in Intact’s hybrid Security Operations Centre environment across Canada. As Manager of Security Platforms and Resilience, you will guide engineering, platforms, and resilience teams supporting a modernized Security Operations Centre. Your focus includes Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, data ingestion pipelines, operations automation, and security data quality. You will translate security, compliance, and business needs into reliable, measurable services while influencing senior leaders and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering, platforms, resilience, and compliance demonstration teams Modernize Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, data platforms, and automation Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, security, recoverability, and cost optimization Implement artificial intelligence for alert triage and investigations Monitor security logs, ingestion pipelines, delays, and processing errors Requirements:
Graduate studies in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or data science At least 10 years in cybersecurity, platforms, security operations, or related technologies At least five years leading engineering, security, or data professionals Experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, cloud security, or resilience Excellent communication skills in English and French; Canadian work eligibility Bring cybersecurity leadership, platform engineering, artificial intelligence, and resilience expertise to Intact’s modernized Security Operations Centre.
