Key Responsibilities:
- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes
- Manage email, fax, and return mail communications
- Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents
- Coordinate underwriting requirements with carriers and clients
- Assist account managers with client claims processes
Requirements:
- Two or more years of personal lines insurance experience
- Active property and casualty license
- Ability to obtain licensing in fifty states
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
