Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Supervise and mentor branch staff effectively
- Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Level 2 Insurance License required
- Experience in supervising staff
- Knowledge of Autopac and Personal Lines Insurance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
