Rayner Construction Services (RCS) is an award-winning general contractor and construction manager with offices in Calgary (Head Office) and Burnaby. We're a homegrown Prairie company that serves clients across Western Canada. Our team combines strong values, a family-type atmosphere and a fresh, professional approach to construction.
Our Vancouver division has a wide variety of current and upcoming projects. These include government facility renovations, office interiors, tenant improvements, restaurant builds and fit-outs, and school board projects.
What you'll do
- Support the project team with coordination and day-to-day project administration
- Handle safety paperwork, shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, change notices and closeout documents
- Organize, attend and take minutes at project meetings with the Project Manager
- Solve problems and keep projects moving
- Review construction documents and keep everyone informed
- Keep files, logs and records accurate and up to date

- Procore experience, which is a big asset

Good to know
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 4:30, with a 1-hour lunch. Some weekend work may be needed.
