As a Keyholder, you provide on-shift leadership while helping the store run smoothly. You model high-quality service, support responsible cannabis education, and coach recommendations and sales techniques. The position includes store operations, compliance, cash management, merchandising, and team training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent customer service and resolve escalations
- Support informed, responsible cannabis education
- Coach product recommendations and sales techniques
- Execute opening, closing, and cash management procedures
- Oversee operations, compliance, cleanliness, and organization
Requirements:
- Minimum provincial regulatory age requirement, typically 19 or older
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Two-plus years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing work
- Previous leadership or Keyholder experience preferred
- CannSell or equivalent provincial cannabis certification required
