Job Description
Experienced Senior Analyst Incentive Compensation to join our GTM Incentive Compensation team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Incentive Compensation, this role will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strong incentive compensation expertise with advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling capabilities to drive data-driven compensation decisions that support company growth and profitability.
The salary range in Canada for this position is 89,000.00 to 111,000.00 CAD Annual.
For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
