Insight Medical Imaging seeks Central Booking Agents for its expanding team. You will schedule diagnostic imaging appointments, coordinate with physicians and patients, and support clinic workflow. The position requires medical scheduling systems knowledge, computer literacy, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume calls and schedule medical imaging appointments
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered service during every interaction
- Review incoming faxes and coordinate physician appointments
- Confirm, rebook, or fill patient appointments as needed
- Collaborate with clinic teams to support timely patient care
Requirements:
- Reside in Alberta and work remotely
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Assistant Diploma or Medical Terminology Certificate
- At least one year of relevant experience, or equivalency
- Previous high-volume contact center experience required
