Insight Global seeks a Manager, SAP Delivery Manager to execute a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA roadmap. The role supports existing and acquired operations through standardized enterprise template deployments. It coordinates finance, supply chain, maintenance, and project workstreams while engaging business leaders, stakeholders, and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP roadmap delivery across existing and acquired mine sites Manage deployment lifecycle from fit-gap through hypercare support Coordinate finance, supply chain, maintenance, and project workstreams Drive migration planning, validation, and reconciliation activities Report progress and risks to leadership and steering committees Requirements:
Seven-plus years of SAP project or program delivery experience End-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment rollout leadership experience Functional knowledge of SAP FICO, MM/WMS, PM, and PS Experience managing simultaneous multi-site deployments and implementation partners Ability to travel extensively, up to three weeks at a time Bring SAP S/4HANA rollout leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise to complex global mining transformations through Insight Global.
