10+ years in software, performance, reliability, or quality engineering Enterprise-scale non-functional testing leadership experience Expertise in workload modelling, capacity planning, and scalability testing Framework development experience with k6, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalent Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java Apply performance engineering, resilience validation, quality metrics, and CI/CD expertise as a Lead Performance Quality Engineer.
