A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 5-8 years of experience to support a national corporate services digitization project. The successful candidate will independently review electronic minute books for corporations, not-for-profits, and LLPs, identify and resolve corporate data integrity issues, maintain accurate and complete corporate records, and exercise sound judgment when organizing and validating documents within iManage, ALF, and Athennian in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of corporate paralegal or corporate clerk experience.
- Strong experience reviewing and maintaining corporate records and minute books.
- Familiarity with corporations, not-for-profit entities, and LLPs.
- Experience working with corporate database and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with iManage, ALF, and/or Athennian.
Salary range: $92,000/yr - $98,000/yr
