Drive US Whole Loans delivery through requirements analysis, SQL investigation, and integration support across Front Office and technology teams. This Technology Business Analyst supports the buildout and delivery of the US Whole Loans business and Centricity platform. The position owns requirements, process and data analysis, integrations, testing, implementation, and production readiness. Work spans Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, vendors, architecture, and downstream technology teams. Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements Map processes, data flows, integrations, and dependencies Support Centricity APIs, SFTP interfaces, and downstream feeds Lead or support SIT, UAT, and defect triage Investigate production and data issues using SQL and Oracle Requirements:
Five or more years of financial services technology analysis experience Knowledge of US Whole Loans and residential mortgages Experience with process mapping and stakeholder management Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle Experience with integrations, testing, and production readiness Apply business analysis, mortgage technology, SQL, and integration expertise to support Centricity and US Whole Loans delivery.
