Key Responsibilities:
- Own and process payroll for multiple client accounts
- Schedule, run, audit, and balance payrolls
- Complete year-end balancing, filing, reporting, and remittances
- Answer client payroll, tax filing, and process questions
- Troubleshoot payroll issues with internal support teams
Requirements:
- One to two-plus years of payroll processing experience
- Client service experience handling inquiries by phone
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization
