As Construction Safety Manager, you serve as the client’s safety representative and primary contact for EHS program implementation. You oversee general contractors, review safe work practices, and support reporting, investigations, training, and improvement plans. The position is 100% onsite within a data center construction environment. Key Responsibilities:
Implement EHS programs for a specific Microsoft Datacenter site Track EHS performance metrics and improvement plan implementation Inspect, audit, and review safe work practices Conduct hazard risk and exposure assessments Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Requirements:
10+ years of safety industry experience 5+ years of construction experience 2+ years of data center construction experience ideally Experience overseeing contractors and reporting incidents Fluent English and strong analytical planning skills Apply construction EHS leadership, contractor oversight, and incident investigation expertise within a Microsoft Datacenter environment.
