Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top talent aligned with Retail business priorities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including screening and interviewing
- Develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies for recruitment
- Coach hiring leaders on effective selection practices
- Ensure on-time and quality candidate reviews with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in HR
- Familiarity with HR systems, SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Ability to independently manage high-volume requisitions
- Proven success in navigating ATS/HRIS systems
