As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer accounts for a professional salon organization supporting recognized salon brands. Your work includes processing orders, resolving fulfillment concerns, and building relationships with salon customers and business partners. You will also conduct proactive outreach supporting retention and growth.

Requirements:
- One or more years of account management experience
- Salon, beauty, spa, personal care, or cosmetics experience
- Experience supporting salon owners, stylists, or distributors
- Strong customer relationship and communication abilities
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
