Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage salon customer orders using SAP
- Track orders through delivery and fulfillment
- Resolve shipping, inventory, pricing, and account issues
- Communicate promotions, discounts, and product launches
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and support teams
Requirements:
- One or more years of inside sales experience
- Experience with SAP or similar business systems
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience processing and managing customer orders
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
