Manage brownfield capital projects for Insight Global’s power generation client in Arizona, coordinating electrical upgrades and plant reliability work. Deliver projects safely within operating facilities. This Project Manager oversees sustaining capital projects across generating facilities. The work includes scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, vendors, construction, commissioning support, and turnover. Strong stakeholder management and brownfield execution experience are central to minimizing impacts on ongoing plant operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical upgrades and control system modernization projects Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and procurement activities Coordinate plant operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and vendors Support construction, commissioning, and project turnover Minimize impacts on ongoing plant operations Requirements:
Five or more years managing sustaining capital or brownfield projects Experience in power generation or another heavy industrial environment Experience managing contractors, vendors, stakeholders, schedules, and budgets Experience with low- to medium-voltage electrical projects Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical Engineering Apply project management, electrical upgrade, and stakeholder coordination experience across sustaining capital projects in Arizona power facilities.
