This individual would be responsible for supporting the Offshore Payables team with invoice processing and account reconciliation. Responsible for validating billing rates, identifying/resolving invoice discrepancies, requesting corrections, reconciling statements, and keeping assigned accounts accurate and up to date.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years of invoice processing and/or AP/AR/reconciliation experience
- Excel proficiency -Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience investigating/resolving billing discrepancies
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts/deadlines
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Transportation/logistics or offshore industry experience
- Experience with invoice processing/accounting systems
- Experience validating rates against contracts/rate schedules
