Insight Global is hiring an Intermediate/Senior Developer to join the team building a Device Management Platform (ADMP). This is a high-impact role focused on designing and implementing secure, scalable, fault‑tolerant serverless microservices using Node.js and AWS infrastructure. You will collaborate with a small team of engineers to deliver new features, optimize performance, and improve the development experience as product adoption grows.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining cloud‑based microservices
- Providing constructive code reviews
- Optimizing delivery workflows
- Translating application requirements into robust AWS solutions
- Contributing to technical documentation and operational procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–8+ years of professional software development experience
- 3–5+ years building microservices on cloud platforms
- Experience with React
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Understanding of networking principles and cloud security best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
Nice to Have:
- AWS IoT Core
