Insight Global seeks an experienced Senior Field Technician for high-voltage electrical projects throughout Ontario. The work supports commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting within substation and utility environments. Candidates should independently operate test equipment, perform electrical tests, and interpret results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test high-voltage electrical equipment in field environments
- Support commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects
- Work within substations and utility power environments
- Operate test equipment independently onsite
- Interpret electrical testing results accurately
Requirements:
- Eight to ten-plus years of relevant field experience
- Hands-on experience testing high-voltage electrical equipment
- Experience with transformers, breakers, CTs, and PTs
- Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfort travelling throughout Ontario and working onsite daily
