Lead semiconductor and photonics inspections at Inpho using microscopy, digital imaging, and precision measurement equipment. This hands-on role supports product acceptance and conformance.
As Senior Quality Inspector, you will inspect wafers, bars, singulated dies, and Chip-on-Carrier assemblies. You will support Quality Engineering, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Test Engineering, and Operations. The work covers product qualification, customer sampling, and production ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections
- Inspect wafers, dies, bars, and CoC assemblies microscopically
- Identify, classify, document, and photograph semiconductor defects
- Verify dimensions, alignment, bonding, and mechanical integrity
- Maintain inspection records, traceability, and acceptance documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related technical discipline
- Minimum five years of hands-on semiconductor industry experience
- Experience inspecting semiconductor wafers, dies, or packaged devices
- Knowledge of semiconductor defects, ESD, and cleanroom requirements
- Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and work instructions
