The Regional Revenue Manager (RRM) at InnVest reports to the Vice President, Revenue Optimization & Strategies. You will leverage your knowledge by analyzing market data to enhance competitive pricing strategies. Collaborating closely with property General Managers, you will ensure hotels achieve their annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management
- Manage room availability and overselling limits daily
- Analyze statistical data to identify revenue opportunities
- Implement pricing strategies across multiple online platforms
- Prepare detailed revenue management reports as required
Requirements:
- Minimum three years in Revenue Management role
- Valid RM Certification in Hilton and Marriott systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to travel as needed
