- Direct daily accounting operations and full-cycle management
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports monthly
- Ensure adherence to tax compliance and maintain internal controls
- Assist with external audits and year-end financial preparations
- Manage cash flow and vendor banking relationships
Requirements:
- Over 5 years in progressively responsible accounting roles
- Knowledgeable in Canadian Not-for-Profit accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is desired
- Strong interpersonal communication for cross-team collaboration
