- Perform on-site technical and operational support in the design, development, installation and maintenance of MV VFD systems.
- Perform commissioning installations, preventative maintenance, sophisticated troubleshooting, problem analysis, and product-specific service on our product lines.
- Adept at field service, troubleshooting and commissioning activities for Innomotics Perfect Harmony VFD's and Sinamics products.
- Travel for extended trips to provide field service.
- Assist with powercell repair, rebuild, and cleaning.
- Manage upgrade draws, parts, and packages.
- Complete documentation of all work performed, including commissioning, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and submit technical reports covering all job activity.
- Develop and submit scope of work, job safety analyses, and Job Hazard assessments.
- Utilize Auto CAD to read, understand, and update technical documents, schematic design specifications, and drawings as required.
- Maintain tools and test equipment.
