Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and document clinical information in compliance with SOPs
- Collaborate with clients for information verification and clarification
- Review source data, triaging adverse events and product complaints
- Ensure quality checks on adverse event reports as needed
- Assist in source data verification and reconciliation report preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum college-level education, preferably in Life Sciences
- 1-3 years in Medical Information or Clinical Research
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English/French is an asset
