INNIO Group in Welland, Ontario, is seeking a highly motivated Quality Platform Lead to drive product quality excellence across Waukesha engine platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Service teams to identify, prioritize, and prevent defects.
The role leads KPIs, quality plans, audits, 8D/5 Whys methodologies, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, supporting new product introductions and engineering changes while improving reliability.
