  • Master all aspects of the scientific, clinical, and operational profile relevant to assigned oncology products and associated therapy-management needs.
  • Use strategic questioning and active listening to gather, document, and appropriately communicate field medical insights.
  • Identify common themes related to healthcare professional confidence, regional care-delivery gaps, and unmet educational needs to inform broader medical planning.
  • Collaborate compliantly with Medical Affairs, Medical Education, MSLs, and other approved cross-functional partners to support aligned execution of training priorities.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Oncology and/or hematology experience required.
  • Oncology certification such as CON(C) or equivalent Canadian oncology nursing certification required or strongly preferred, based on market requirements.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data.
  • Experience delivering clinical or scientific education to healthcare professionals in 1:1, small-group, and/or formal presentation settings strongly preferred.

  • Strong collaboration, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional field teams.
  • Ability to identify and appropriately communicate meaningful field insights and educational needs.
  • High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance and approved rules of engagement.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
