Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations for civil construction projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers on work plans and strategies
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently
- Direct and support teams for safe and productive work
- Monitor schedules to achieve project milestones
Requirements:
- 10+ years civil construction experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of heavy civil and underground construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
- Willingness to travel across Western Canada
