This fixed-term, 18-month Accounts Payable Analyst contract supports maternity leave coverage. You will process invoices, reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and support accounting processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices across multiple entities or cost centers
- Review coding, completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
- Reconcile statements and resolve vendor discrepancies proactively
- Prepare cheque runs and electronic payments
- Support month-end accruals, reconciliations, and variance follow-ups
Requirements:
- Accounting diploma or degree from a post-secondary institution
- Four to seven years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
