You will apply journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility evaluations. The work supports consistent experiences across enterprise platforms and government services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify user needs, behaviours, pain points, and accessibility requirements Develop personas, journey maps, blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes Design dashboards, forms, workflows, notifications, and account interactions Conduct stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and accessibility evaluations Translate research findings into practical design solutions Requirements:
Experience leading service design for complex transactional digital services Experience conducting research, contextual inquiry, and design validation Strong experience developing journeys, blueprints, personas, and specifications Experience designing accessible services under AODA and WCAG standards Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Bring service design, user research, prototyping, and accessibility expertise to Ontario enterprise and government service experiences.
